We haven’t even had it for a year and it’s been nothing but issues, starting with being unable to wash full loads. Recently it has started making a dreadful noise and when we called to see about getting it fixed, we were told it would cost over $100 just to have someone come out and look at it - that’s not even the price to fix it. Such a huge disappointment and waste of money.

The clothes basket in the interior seems of low quality, like it could break at any moment, but to be fair this is a value priced washer. Overall I'd give it a satisfactory rating, since it does what it is designed to do, but it is low quality and is unusually loud compared to other newer models.

It runs a load almost to the end then stops and has an error code. This is since I bought it. I called service. They came out and told me I can only wash two towels at a time, nothing else. The machine does not work. The service is nonexistant. What a waste of time and money. So sad.

This Washer is a Thumbs-Down

It’s a replacement for the previous one bought which broke after 1yr of use and could not be fixed. The replacement becomes unbalanced easily no matter how well you stack your clothes in. Even though it says it can do large loads, you never want to do more than a medium one, especially if it’s heavier fabrics when wet like towels. Won’t be buying again.

So far everything works as it should no problems to speak of yet, as I’ve only owned it for about 3 week's which is why I only gave it a 3 star Best Buy has been sending me emails to review pretty much the week after I got it they should ask at least 3 months I would assume after that time if something goes wrong that would be a benchmark of time.
