    I purchased this machine and not even 1 year later it started leaking. Best Buy sent someone from the geek squad to look at it and was told it was the suspension rods which they replaced , it stilled leaked. Then I was told it was the water valve, and they could not get the parts. Then I was told I have to buy a new machine. I will never buy anything from them again. The worse customer service I ever came across. Didn’t even try to work with me.

    The washer is working so much better than my last GE machine. The laundry feels clean after each load, which is important! I have absolutely zero complaints after one month of using the machine.

    It's an okay washer. The inside tub is a nice size but large loads don't come out the cleanest. Also it takes forever for the washer to fill. Lid is a bit flimsy as well.

    I got washing machine for $140 and if it wasn’t so cheap, I would be upset, but it’s already broken. And it’s only been about six months. Do not buy this washing machine full price if you get a deal, you get what you pay for.

    Tub is of good size but water level it carries for medium and low is not sufficient to clean the cloth properly. Agitator , if moved 360 degrees, clockwise and anti clockwise , could have been more effective.Wash timer would be a good addition to features
