This washer actually washes faster than my 10 yr old Samsung. I purchased this at a Bestbuy outlet, this unit had zero damage, so if you have an outlet in your area check them out

You get what you pay for when it comes to them, its now been 1 year and 1 month and the machine is no longer draining/spinning correctly and customer service is stating that any repair/diagnostics by an insignia tech will be 100% on us due to it being out of the 1 year man. warranty range. Do yourself a favor and buy a reputable brand and pay the big bucks up front instead of ending up paying double down the line. I remember when washers would last a lifetime, this one gave up after just a year in a two person household.

I planned to get ready for the holiday season, and to have more time for my family and work. When the machine arrived I started to use it, but it was loud and took even with cold wash 2hours and 49 minutes. The towel setting was 4 hours. I could not believe it. My family was in shock. We never had any problem with our Kenmore just we needed a newer. Even if they pay me I wouldn’t have this washer.

Insignia washer and dryer

Now it is the second time it does not work if you put a large load on it it would not work. Of course I have no guarantee anymore, so I do not recommend spending thousands of dollars on products that do not have any quality.

Washes my 5 family members clothes with no issues and washes a pretty good amount at once. Plenty of settings for different clothes and easy to use.

Opened up the box's not a scratch or blemish, set up the pair. I did all the connections. Washed and Dried two full loads. Not one issue at all! I'm impressed with this set. So far great!
