    Omg it’s so loud! And it makes a very loud scraping sound during the rinse cycle. Loud like someone is dragging the washer across the floor.

    Large tub, not the quietest but pretty quiet nonetheless. Set up was super easy, didn't need any professional help at all.

    omg don't buy this piece of crap. this is totally worthless. when rinse cycle starts it start banging pipes , it makes big noise, we call bestbuy , their technician came but we still having the same issues. we are just sick of it. we made mistake buying this cheap junk.

    This machine does not do a through job on cleanings clothes. This is our second washer from Best buy. We will need a better cleaning washing machine.

    WORKS AS IT SHOULD! NO ISSUES SO FAR, JUST WOULD NOT RECCOMEND AUTO SENSING BECAUSE SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T SPIN LIKE IT SHOULD.

    I wouldn't recommend this washer or Best Buy in general. The day it was set up, the team members who did so didn't check it to make sure it was working. When I went to use it, water leaked out of the back and I had to watch a youtube video on how to fix it (when I paid for installation btw). I tried to schedule an appointment with Best Buy to fix it (this same day i got it delivered), and they said it was "weeks out" meanwhile, my washer is leaking water into my house?? Fast forward two months, and it's leaking again, this time it won't stop. Maintenance for my house tells me the washer is "busted" and "cracked" in the back, so they fix it temporarily until Geek Squad can get out. Of course the washer stopped in the middle of a cycle, full of clothes and water and it's 20 F outside, so the water is freezing and next to impossible to get out of the drum. They 're supposed to come in two days, if and when it's fixed, I'll update my review accordingly, but so far, Best Buy hasn't been great to work with and I've had nothing but issues from the start.
