Their devices seem to be designed to fail right around the one-year mark—conveniently just as their limited warranty expires. When my product broke down shortly after the warranty ended, I was left with no support from the company. Even worse, I had purchased an extended two-year warranty, thinking it would provide additional protection. Turns out, that was a waste of money too. Insignia still refused to cover the repair and instead tried to charge me just to have someone come out and look at the issue. This company does not stand behind its products, and their customer service is useless when you actually need them. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a more reputable brand. Stay away from Insignia!
