    I rated this washer fair because I bought a matching dryer at the same time I bought the washer. The dryer broke in October 2022 and I bought it in January 2022. I have a year warranty on it, but best buy will give you the run around when it comes to repairs and service. Then maybe if you buy a extended warranty they may treat you different. I don't know because right now I'm just a nobody that bought a washer, dryer, and cooler from them in January 2022. Getting run around on repairs as of this month December 2022 and dryer broke October 2022.

    After two and half years of use, this washing machine self destructed. The tub began slamming into the sides of the washer no matter how perfectly balanced the clothes were to the point the whole washer began moving. Total garbage.
