Called repairs who said it is normal to have this noise at spinning cycle. I wish I would have returned before the 14 days, which I thought I had 30 days. He did reassure me this is a good buy, so far I have had it for 1 month.

Went look for parts and literally cannot find any parts for this machine. The shock kit is like 18 dollars but can’t find anywhere. Very frustrating and would not recommend as it is considered a disposable product that cannot be repaired.
