    Washer works great but started not spinning at the end of the cycle. A tech came out and they are going to replace the motor.

    This is the worst washer ever!!!! It's SOOOO loud that ALL of my neighbors bang on the walls every time a wash load is done! If you don't like loud noises do not buy this one!

    I read as many reviews as I could on this machine before purchasing and maybe I received a dud because my machine is terrible. I have never experienced a washing machine that could not keep itself balanced to save its life. Even a small load would get unbalanced and then the machines starts violently jumping up and down sounds like something is about to explode out of it. Even when it wasn't trying to relocate itself to another dimension the thing is incredibly noisy. I could not have been more disappointed in this purchase. Best Buy though has been great about fixing the issue. I am still in the window for a return for the set and they are coming to retrieve the monster and replace them with a different model. I can't speak much for the dryer -- Its seems alright.

    Bought this less than a year ago I’ve had 2 issues with it. First time they were sending someone out but the appointment took forever. I had clothes stuck wet for over a week. After a week having it disconnected it started working. 6 months later I’m having the same issue. Had to come to a laundromat to wash my clothes. Just awful experience with this machine .
