    Not even four months old and notice issues Washing machine lid does not always close also does not stable to cover the clothes have to stop pause push to close down it does not feel to cover the close of water close come out dirty agitator does not really clean clothes

    I read as many reviews as I could on this machine before purchasing and maybe I received a dud because my machine is terrible. I have never experienced a washing machine that could not keep itself balanced to save its life. Even a small load would get unbalanced and then the machines starts violently jumping up and down sounds like something is about to explode out of it. Even when it wasn't trying to relocate itself to another dimension the thing is incredibly noisy. I could not have been more disappointed in this purchase. Best Buy though has been great about fixing the issue. I am still in the window for a return for the set and they are coming to retrieve the monster and replace them with a different model. I can't speak much for the dryer -- Its seems alright.

    Very inconvenient. Wish I had been able to purchase front loading washer with mechanism to turn on machine in the front. Too hard to reach and have to have help to get clothes out of washer.

    Bought this less than a year ago I’ve had 2 issues with it. First time they were sending someone out but the appointment took forever. I had clothes stuck wet for over a week. After a week having it disconnected it started working. 6 months later I’m having the same issue. Had to come to a laundromat to wash my clothes. Just awful experience with this machine .
