The dispenser where you add your soap and softener is flimsy and doubt it last very long and as you put soap and softener in the dispenser it starts running out from the back side. Very dissatisfied with this washer.

Best Buy delivery is ridiculously BAD!

Can't say how good or bad, but Best Buy made me wait 5 weeks for delivery, then didn't call me when they attempted delivery 3 hours earlier than the 4hr window they provided. They claimed they knocked on the door but they probably had the wrong apt. They wouldn't give me status after waiting 8hrs. Spent over 1hr calling various #s provided by BB. They FINALLY told me they didn't deliver. They lied & claimed they called & knocked on door, but didn't & canceled the delivery. They Rescheduled delivery for 7 weeks from now. Total wait time 13 weeks, if it is actually delivered. Best Buy is trash.

I called Best Buy and they told me it would be $50 to have someone look at it 10 days after I bought it. I will be putting it on a trailer and bringing it back. I have been a long time Best Buy customer but I will be looking else where from now on.

I don't care for all the eco functions, but it washes fine. The problem is that it has a tendency to become unbalanced. Even if there's NOTHING in it, it will unbalance. In time, it becomes unusable. In searching for an answer, I have realized a LOT of people have this problem with this model.

Putting in a medium/large load and there are times it uses the lowest water setting. I’ve done laundry and found items to be half dry in the top still. I’m also amazed that some people find it to be relatively quiet. I’ve heard a high pitched noise coming from it a few times at this point and have done troubleshooting to make sure everything was fine

Cheap washer, broke after two years, bad service

I purchased the washer in June 2022 and 27 months (3 months outside the warranty I pay extra for) and the washer will not drain. The washer pump has stopped working and the drive shaft is warped. Despite also having Best Buy Total Membership and chatting online for almost an hour, they cannot help me except to tell me to call the 800 number to schedule the Geek Squad for $99. This washer was $479 and totally not worth the money.
