So I called in. A couple of days later I tried the machine again and it started smelling up the house with a loud smell. I'm a lung patient it had me coughing. I came into the store and talked to a manager.

It broke within a month, was replaced completely once, was just approved for another replacement but decided to get a credit towards something else. Nothing was ever very clean. I will never buy another insignia product again. And when i originally bought it, it was a lot more expensive due to covid. The suspension is currently broken, in the past the agitator constantly came off, etc

Within 2 years the washer was leaking all over my flow. It was replaced in 2023 and the replacement is now leaking all over more floor. The replacement is not under warranty and now I need to buy a new washer. Do not buy this model.
