This fairly low-cost Ethernet Cat 5e cable extended an Ethernet source to a Blue Ray disk player, with no noticeable loss or slowness of data transfer. This is important for streaming video and audio.

I'd probably buy the Insignia 3' CAT-5e Network Cable again for that "forget about it" IT closet. Sturdy enough not to break, but flexible enough to snake though a tight area.

There's really very little to write about a product of this type, other than its connectors are good, it seems well made and it is functioning within expected parameters.

I'm just tired of the cord busting by the head. Since most things are going wifi now, cables are becoming obsolete; however, I feel the cables now are being made cheaper than ever. So, if you experience any problems, like I have, the cables don't last long in new laptops.
