Q: What gauge is it? I keep having to replace a short ethernet cable because connectivity starts dropping after a while and the computer says the cable might be broken. I'm wondering if I might have better luck with a higher gauge but it's in the specs.

A: I don't know the gauge. But it worked on my connectivity issue and was worth the price to try and find out if it would work. (You can return to store within a reasonable period).

Q: Geek Squad agent said we need an ethernet cable for stable connection, for my Brother HL 2200DW wireless printer. We have lost connectivity twice in the last 2 weeks. SPECIFICALLY what do I need, distance required to router is 3 feet or less.?

A: I have the same issues. I ended up just hard-wiring everything. USB cable plugged into my desktop and just go from there. If you are printing from laptop/tablet/ or phone wirelessly then purchase a 4 foot cat 6 cable and go from router to printer

Q: How long is it?

A: 3 feet
