I have the same issues. I ended up just hard-wiring everything. USB cable plugged into my desktop and just go from there. If you are printing from laptop/tablet/ or phone wirelessly then purchase a 4 foot cat 6 cable and go from router to printer

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Cat-5 cables are pretty basic if you have tried a new cable and you are still losing connectivity there maybe other problems. Not sure if you have tried this but if possible connect the printer directly to the router to see if the connectivity becomes more stable. If there are still problems then it may be with the printer itself. .
