My original Samsung remote died without any warning. So I was desperate and bought this one. The product was delivered the same night. I thought I would have to put in a complicated code for the TV but the remote had a "Samsung" button. All I had to do was point it to the TV and pressed. Bingo! It works like a charm.

Sync right up with their TV and they were able to use it with no problem.

It’s a tad slow in functionality responses but does a great job at screwing with my AC UNIT when I change the tv channels and turn the tv off n on!! lol!!
