Sync right up with their TV and they were able to use it with no problem.

You can always fine what you need.

Setup was ridiculously easy—just pop in the batteries, and boom, it works. No programming, no stress. I originally got this as a backup, but now it’s my go-to. The buttons are super responsive, and the range is so good Honestly, for the price, this is a steal—unless my couch eats this one too. Highly recommend!

The only complaint we have is that it is supposed to be backlit, but it is not until you press a button, which sort of defeats the purpose of finding the right button in the dark.
