The only complaint we have is that it is supposed to be backlit, but it is not until you press a button, which sort of defeats the purpose of finding the right button in the dark.

Quick setup for my Insignia TV. Unsure if this unit can be used on other devices since I couldn't configure it to work on a Blue Ray player.
