Told them that the remote that came with my Insignia TV was burning up new batteries in 2 days. They said this one would work. All I can get it to do is turn the TV on, that’s better than the one that came from the TV. But that’s all I can get it to do.

I have to press a few buttons just to turn on the tv and to turn the volume up and down.
