The employee would not budge & was rude. Called on another guy & he didn’t talk to me, said the same thing to her. I left the controller at the store with no refund. I mentioned to a couple of guys when leaving the store that changes should be made about returns. One guy said oh, ok & the other said something rude & laughed as i walked out of the store. Very unprofessional. I will never step foot in a best buy again. You made out on this deal!

Home button did not work. Both the info and the menu buttons took me to the tv settings. All of the buttons had a few seconds delay in response time after being pushed. The only positive thing is the setup. You use a 1 number code instead of the usual setup using a couple of buttons and a four digit code. But I will take the 4 digit code setup any day for better quality.

Worthless, will have to keep looking elsewhere.

They got synced...however the next day the Universal remote did not function as expected. Very disappointed
