    Very annoyed. Ordered the remotel. Couldn't make it work Took to the store today to arrange an in house installation and traing. Was charged a fee for home installation and was told that I had to pay because I didn't order the installation at the time of purchase.

    Disappointed that this remote won’t control my soundbar and fire stick and only occasionally will turn my tv on/off

    This did not work with our Samsung TV. The remote would only work for turning the tv on and off.

    Doesn't work with Ilive ITB196 sound bar.

    It may work for many other pieces of equipment, but wouldn't work for the Ilive ITB196 sound bar despite a code is documented for Ilive sound bars. Will return it as it's useless for us.

    Not for me. I need a remote for a blue-ray player. This remote does not seem to control a player. Maybe a 5-device remote does. This will be returned for more expensive device.
