Posted .Sorry for your bad experience. Customer just need to use Watch TV Activity Button, on page 17 those activities are described. By default, the remote uses already TV, Set top box and Audio (in case they setup already) to build that Activity. Means, soon customer setup his devices and press that Watch TV button, he never needs to go back to single TV and STB device mode. Starting his TV Evening, just press and hold Power and it switches all Devices he uses on, after that pressing CH+ will control his Se top box, pressing VOL+ will control his TV volume or his Soundbar in case he use that for Sound.

In my experience there’s usually at least one feature that doesn’t work on a universal remote but so far so good!

It is the 8 device version that is. The buttons look like they are transparent and WOULD be backlit but are NOT. The 8 button version that costs $10 more is backlit
