    It's ok not voice activated, can't set the alarm clock with it

    I was going to see if it’s still possible to return. I have put 3 sets of batteries in it since purchasing. I link the function of it but it doesn’t run long on the batteries.

    Does not have backlighting. Only the button of the system you are using lights up. Waste of money.

    It was very hard to read. Took 5 days to figure out I know you don’t make them . People are getting older and came see as good . I had to have a young kid to do it for me.

    [Employee of bestbuy] I recently picked up a TCL 55Q550F 55" tv on an open box deal but when I got home it had no remote. So I decided to get one of these universal remotes. I thought for sur eit would work. But nope. I've tried everything in the manual. The Simpliset programming didn't work. Neither did any of the codes for the TCL listed in the booklet. It may work with other TCL's but it didn't work with my Qled. I'm very disappointed. As I still have no remote for my tv.

    I purchased a TCL sound bar and quickly lost the remote Best buy referred me to this remote said it would work and it doesn't I got it to program it'll turn the volume up and down but that's about it doesn't control any features of the soundbar it's basically worthless

    Worst Replacement Remote for Hisense TV

    I purchased this remote as a replacement remote for a Hisense TV and it does not work well with the Hisense TV. I have to press a few buttons just to turn on the tv and to turn the volume up and down.

    I bought this upon the recommendation of the person who helped me at the store. It cost between $21 - $30. It didn’t work for me because my tv was failing. When I went to return it, unused, I learned there was a restocking fee of $45. So, it was a total loss for me.

    So far I have been unable to get this remote to work with a 58" Insignia TV and my ATT Uverse box. Either I am an idiot, or this remote doesn't work. I have been fairly competent most of my life, so I am hoping I have not become an idiot. That means the remote is the culprit in this situation. I stand by that.
