A great affordable SmartTV

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking to replace an "old" Insignia 32" N10 (720p), the TV was going to be in my daughter's room and I was looking for a new one. We have our TV room so small TVs just make sense for the very limited time we use. I decided to go for this F20 series as it has Fire TV included and we had a good feeling for Insignia TVs. Out of the box the experience is very similar, brown card box, just the essential accesories, the control is really similar to the Amazon Fire Sticks. Then turning it on is where the experience changes, Fire TV is really well integrated, it feels immediately as a higher class product, the resolution is of course way better than my previous N10 model, but not only that, brightness and contrast is highly improved, you can perceive it even if you don't have it side by side, finally, the audio, more power, better low frequency (~60-80hz) response, cleaner in general. The control is bluetooth so it is on par to other products of this "class". You will lack some "fine-tuning" options from other more recognized brands, still, for the average user and to not be your main TV this will give you an absolutely pleasant experience and with the price point is the way to go.

Great quality for a great price

The resolution is great (not many 1080p 32" TVS out there), it has plenty of HDMI inputs, both wireless and wired Ethernet connectivity, and the sound quality is also good. It takes a little bit to setup (particularly the upgrade) but that was a small one-time hassle.

Best bang for your buck

There’s lots of customization options in the settings. My only cons with the product are how cluttered the screen looks with all the apps & that you have to have an Amazon account to use the tv.
