1-Star Review for Insignia TV I recently purchased an Insignia TV, and it has been an incredibly disappointing experience. Here’s why this product deserves only a 1-star rating: Poor Picture Quality: The picture quality is abysmal. The colors are dull and washed out, and the contrast is severely lacking. Even after trying to adjust the settings, the image remains blurry and unimpressive, making it difficult to enjoy movies or shows. Terrible Sound Quality: The sound quality is equally disappointing. The built-in speakers produce tinny and hollow audio, with no depth or richness. It’s almost impossible to watch anything without using external speakers or a soundbar, which defeats the purpose of an all-in-one TV. Slow and Unresponsive Interface: The smart TV interface is slow and unresponsive. Navigating through apps and menus is a frustrating experience due to frequent lagging and freezing. Streaming apps take forever to load, and sometimes they crash altogether. Frequent Connectivity Issues: The TV has persistent connectivity problems. It frequently loses connection to Wi-Fi, and reconnecting is a cumbersome process. This issue disrupts streaming and makes it difficult to enjoy continuous viewing. Unreliable Remote Control: The remote control feels cheap and often fails to register button presses. The buttons are not very responsive, requiring multiple presses to get a reaction. Additionally, the range is poor, meaning you have to be very close to the TV for the remote to work properly. Inadequate Customer Support: When I reached out to Insignia customer support for assistance with the numerous issues, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. They were unable to provide effective solutions, and I was left feeling frustrated and ignored. Build Quality: The overall build quality of the TV feels cheap and flimsy. The materials used are of low quality, and the TV seems fragile. I worry about its longevity and durability given its poor construction. Software Updates: There have been no meaningful software updates to fix the existing issues. The lack of updates makes me feel that Insignia is not committed to improving their products or addressing customer complaints. Unreliable Warranty: The warranty service has been unsatisfactory. Despite being within the warranty period, getting a replacement or repair has been an uphill battle. The process is slow, and the support team is uncooperative. In conclusion, the Insignia TV has been a major disappointment on all fronts – from picture and sound quality to connectivity and customer support. I cannot recommend this TV to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable viewing experience. Save your money and invest in a more reputable brand.

Nice TV. Updated bedroom and was looking for a lighter/smart TV to replace my existing 32 inch Samsung and mount on wall. TV operates as promised and works well with Amazon Alexa.

The picture quality is wonderful and love the voice operated Fire TV. Only issue is that the start-up is a little slow because it opens to a home page instead of the last channel watched. Would also prefer to have numbers on the remote, but it's a great TV and well worth the price.

Title sums this product up well. The picture is crisp and with good color for a TV not part of the 3 big names. Only issue ive come across is the limited viewing angle.

I use it as a monitor for an older server and the picture quality is excellent when set on PC mode. When using as a regular TV to watch movies or videos, the performance is great. I am surprised at how well the audio sounds. Usually external speakers are needed with smaller TVs. But, this one is great as is.

Decent sized TV with good picture quality and decent sounding speakers. I'm new to the whole fire TV setup but good thing is it walks you through getting everything set up.

Bought this for a Sammy room. Size is perfect and since this is 1080 I am happy with the picture quality. I have not been using the built in FireTV but might try it at some point.

This is a great TV for a kids room. Both of my kids have this exact TV. The volume is good and picture quality is awesome. I would buy this tv over and over. When my 50 inch VIZIO goes out I will be looking for a 50 inch Insignia Smart Fire TV. Also like the ALEXA remote. Makes life easier.

There aren't too many 1080p monitors at this screen size. So, this was a great find as a 2nd monitor for my desktop. Good, crisp image with loads of nice built in apps.

Bought as gift. My sister loves the vivid colors on this set. She also commented that it had "all her apps" already installed. Great picture due to the 1180 dpi as opposed to the 720 dpi on her old set. She had a small TLC television, but really likes this set a whole lot more. Would highly recommend!

Honestly, if you are looking for just a 32" TV to play from a source, this isn't the TV for you, if you are looking for a smart TV that is snappy and quick to use, this still isn't the TV for you. This is a good entry level TV to put in an accessory room that isn't going to be used every day. The boot-up is slow and cumbersome at times, but once you are up and running it is easy to navigate and find all the apps you want.

This is the first time we've bought an Insignia brand television, and I have to say we are well pleased. We wanted a little 32" tv for the bedroom, and it's working out very well. Setup was very easy; it's easy to use and the picture is clear. We plan to buy another one just like it for the guest bedroom.
