I am very picky about sound and picture. This tv has a great picture. Sound is better than l thought it would be. Very good buy.

Feels cheap with remote control failure

Within an hour, the remote control select button collapsed and became unusable (with delicate use). What else could go wrong if this happens so soon? The picture quality is very good, however the whole set feels cheap, fragile, and paper light. Then there was the nightmare of returning it to my local store. They had me standing at the customer service desk for an hour as they're couldn't figure out a software glitch, without apology. I then went to another store where the return was processed immediately. The whole experience left a bad taste about the TV and Best Buy customer service, at least with my local store. I was going to exchange or repurchase, but I already had enough.
