    Solid and inexpensive office TV

Nice, inexpensive, HD, SmartFire TV for my office. Didn't need 4K, just 1080p to have TV on in the background at my desk. Solid picture quality even while sitting just a few feet from the 32" screen. Very little pixelization from that close in 1080p. Using Optical cable to connect my Klipsch powered monitor speakers so I can't speak as to the quality of the audio as I'm bypassing the speakers for a quality sound source. The one complaint so far in the few months I've had this is I've had to unplug the TV three times to reset it as it has locked up to where it either wouldn't power on or got stuck at the Fire TV startup window. Fortunately, for once, I sprung for the 3 year added warranty for $30 since I got this on sale for $50 off, so we'll see if this issue continues.

If you are needing a TV for the bedroom then look no further. This tv is perfect for any medium sized bedroom without feeling like it's taking up much space. It has amazing sound quality (if you tweak the settings a little you can get a perfect listing experience without going past 20 on the volume) along with outstanding 1080p color contrast (without any tweaks to the settings). If you are worried about tv lag or it taking forever to load an app it really doesn't take that long it usually is pretty quick. one thing that may get in the way for some customers is that the product does have to update once you get it and you do need to sign into your Amazon account so wifi is a must need item in the house. Another issue you may face is what apps to pick on the tv due to only having 4gb of space built in but that can be fixed by adding a small storage usb stick in the back of the tv. Bottom line this is an outstanding product for what it is worth.

Screen is bright with decent colors but seems not as rich on picture quality as my old Samsung. Plenty of volume range, decent sound quality. Have not activated the smart features. Operates fine with cable box and DVD player via HDMI ports. Dislike that every time the TV is turned on, the input must be chosen using the TV remote. But there are no problems with the TV recognizing or interacting with the input devices. The cable box remote works well with the TV after syncing, no issues. Appreciate the multiple HDMI ports and USB. Enjoying the TV, perfect size for me, does exactly what I need, and the bright screen is highly visible day or night, even with sun glare from the window.

Picture is great.still need to use second remote for Roku. The Insignia want to be the third party and use them, but that is more fees.

    Pretty Great Quality & Price

It takes a few moments to enter your log-in and password info for each app, but other than that, it's literally plug-and-play. I just plugged it in, connected it to my wi-fi and sat back amazed at how little space it takes up. Picture quality is amazing. One thing I'm having an issue with is getting it to accept my Apple password for the Apple Plus app; it gives the option to download that app, so not sure why I'm having problems. And if you want to get nit-picky, the screen seems to lean slightly forward on the legs. Doesn't bother me because it actually makes watching TV from bed easier, but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to stand straight up. Oh, and I was worried about there being buffering or delay issues, but, honestly, the two seconds it takes to switch to a new app doesn't bother me at all, and I've had no buffering issues when watching anything.

Great tv for my patio, the picture is clear and it plays well the only thing is the internal memory is small for this day and age of television. Yes, I would purchase again and recommend to others.

Good - but HDMI ports are an issue

I bought this to use as a replacement for my 24" PC Monitor, and it works great for that except for one thing - whenever I turn it back on in the morning, My HDMI ports will not detect any signal. Whichever port I have the computer plugged into will move to the top of the list as if the TV detects that something is plugged in there, but when I select it - it will only show "no signal detected". The only way I can get it back is to keep unplugging the cable and replugging it into the HDMI ports until one of them finally picks it up - once it does, it works perfectly until the next time I turn the TV off. The computer does not sleep and has no screensaver or screen timeout set, so it constantly sends signal - I've used it on two other TVs and never had an issue like this. VERY ANNOYING. To the point where I think I am going to have to replace it with a different TV. I think it's probably related to the FireTV OS, as the other 2 TVs were just standard Android TVs. As far as the other functions - picture quality is excellent, the screen is non-reflective, and the streaming apps and external antenna inputs all seem to work great. I was also surprised at the sound quality compared to other small TVs I've used - this was much better. I would be happy if it didn't fall apart on the main use I purchased it for, which was the HDMI connections.

Insignia Fire TV more impressive than I thought

I went into this purchase with moderate expectations based on the Insignia brand. I preferred to get a Tier 1 brand like an LG or Samsung but unable to find something adequate at this price point. However, I have to say that this TV exceeded my expectations and offers a high level of value for the money. Some things to consider: 1. It's 32" and makes for a good size bedroom TV, especially for our kids. Better than a 24" or 27" monitor alternative. 2. It's 1080p, not 720p so better resolution and it's direct lit and not just edge lit. 3. It's wi-fi enabled with Amazon Fire TV built in AND has Alexa built in. 4. It has not 1, not 2, but 3 HDMI inputs including ARC along with a USB port 5. It has 10w speakers w/ DTS surround sound 6. It has a surprise bluetooth feature available, not mentioned anywhere, so pairing headphones is a PLUS. There are just a few things I don't love about this TV, but considering this TV costs under $200, they're not deal breakers. 1. It's only a 60hz refresh rate 2. It's a little thicker than I would have expected but very light 3. Not crazy about the TV stand legs. Wish it just had a center mounted weighted stand. We bought a 100x100 wall mount anyway. 4. I am unable to get Apple TV+ to load properly. The app gets stuck on the log-in screen. This was the case on the smaller 24" as well, which is in part why I returned them. I had also updated the Fire TV O/S before adding the app but it was to no avail. Would love to know how to resolve that problem. In all, I think it checks most of the boxes buyers will expect in a 32" TV. Considering the price, I think it offers tremendous value. In fact, if your room supports the size, their 42" 4k F30 series upgrade seems like a similar great value for just $260. Too big for our kid's rooms.

So far, I like this TV as it has a clear picture and sound is good for a TV of this size. What I don't like is I can't figure out how to default power on to the HDMI input which is where my cable TV feed is from. Also, when powering up, the Inputs are not found. I can only get it to switch to HDMI when I select the recents on the remote which shows my last apps or inputs accessed. Once I get in the HDMI and check the inputs, all of them are listed.

A really nice HD tv. I have it on in my garage on the work bench. I have internet and Dish satellite on it and I spend a quite a bit of time in my garage and I love all the apps and the 1080 P picture quality and the speakers are really impressive. For the price you can’t beat it!!

It is a good value for the quality of the overall tv. Being more prolific with Roku devices the transition was simple. At least one app (xfinity) that I have found doesn't work well with the fire remote.

The Insignia™ - 32" Class F20 Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV is a good buy. Easy to use and set up. If you are not tech-savvy maybe use the Geek Squad or your friendly tech nerd neighbor to help you out. I must admit, I was a little hesitant in buying an Insignia branded TV at first. My intent in buying the TV for my son is for his PC and entertainment. So far it has been great since I was able to integrate his Amazon profile so he can watch and make a purchase request for things he needs on his PC. "Two birds one stone," right.

I purchased this smaller TV for the grandson's bedroom. His wall space is narrow, so the TV had to fit that smaller area. The picture quality is good, and the ease of use is perfect for him. He has the Disney app loaded on the set also. It's an excellent buy at under $200.00.
