Digital TV Tuner Non Existent

Use this in the garage where there's no cable. Returned for a 32 inch TCL and now I've got 38 over the air channels. If you don't need a digital tuner then this is a good tv for the price.

Bought this because it was a good price with decent reviews. Might be ok if you just want to sit on your behind and tell Alexa to stream something accessed via Amazon Prime. Apparently it doesn't do anything else. I liked that it has 3 HDMI input ports, but the interface is a nightmare. No input control button on the remote so you cant switch back and forth to quickly. I'm still under contract with a DirecTV and managed to connect the receiver easily enough, but 2 hours later I still can't get the DTV remote to control the TV. I can't speak to any other features. I'm just over it. It's going back in the box tonight and taking it back first thing tomorrow. Probably will just spend a few extra bucks for the Samsung.

We have had no issues with them, but if I did its not something from a fly by nite internet company with no returns.

The apps all go through Amazon which is ok I guess. It works well mounted on the wall of the bedroom.

Contacted Insignia, sent photos of issue and followed trouble shooting guidelines and no improvement. Requested refund but window expired. Referred me to Geek squad who want to send out for repair estimated time 2-3 weeks.

TV doesn’t work well

It shuts itself off, gets an error, or freezes at least once a day, and most times has to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again.
