The remote that came with the TV never worked which I thought would be no big deal. I have now bought at least 15-20 different replacement remotes, none of which have been able to successfully pair to the TV. The Fire TV Remote app worked for about a month but even that got annoying because you could not change the volume. After realizing that I’ve been trying to fix this thing for almost a year now, I finally had it recycled today. Please stay away from this TV and save yourself a lot of trouble

Not a good TV for streaming services.

I read online at Amazon what appeared to be an Inssigna representative that said you could add memory to the TV. I purchase the memory they were saying and the TV formatted the memory stick but that is all it can do. The system will not use it for storage. I purchase an Insigna TV years ago but this one is junk basically. I wish Vizio has more apps that would be a better TV. This TV is going to the dump. I will stay with Samsung TVs'.
