    Great tv for price, I used a second monitor, So to be honest , is not high quality, but for normal use we perfect

    Super slow, should have listened to the reviews and now its past 14 day period. Once you are in app it is fine, but switching between apps is wat too slow. From what i can see, using an external streaming device like FireStick works, but you have to use both remotes as volume and input can only be done from the TV remote.

    I bought this TV because it had one thing going for it: 1080p quality for a 32-inch TV. I am severely disappointed that the first day out of the box, it starts flickering and constantly does thus, no matter what settings I change. I'm convinced it's faulty hardware at this point. Do not buy this TV.

    Had to return, it kept disconnecting my PC. HDMI signal would drop after a minute, did a reboot and nothing.

    Cheap TV and I guess you get what you pay for. The TV looks nice and works well most of the time but there are frequent occasions where it won't turn on without unplugging and plugging back in the TV from the power source. Also the apps crash about every other day I've used it sometimes it turns the whole TV off. I would try a different brand next time.

    The tv is the worst. The remote constantly skips if you are trying to type information to log in. The tv doesn’t always go on/off when you press the power button. Luckily it for a kid’s room. I need to look at the return policy!

    This TV would be fine if not for some issues. 1. YouTube videos would black out from time to time. 2. The USB input didn't really work at all. It would refuse to play after turning on the TV. I'm returning it and getting the Roku TV.

    3 issues. Do not properly fit in space we bought it for. Attachable legs were very cheap, flimsy and unstable and the color fade was very noticeable at only a 20% angle. Therefore it was returned for full credit.

    TV itself is ok, but smart function for the Prime stick is really really slow. It would be better to not have it, and just plug in a Fire Stick independently. Audio was decent, display itself wasn't bad. Just smart function performance was below average.

    Worked great at first, but it hasn’t even been 3 months and the color is going out. There are weird black lines throughout the screen. I am past the return date so I’m just stuck with this garbage now. Ridiculous to pay $200 for something that goes out in 3 months!

    I purchased this in Nov 2021. I immediately noticed that 1 channel did not come in as clear as my previous TV, but it was not consistent. It has gotten much worse in the past 2 months, now I get digital static / pixelation on every channel. The software has become so buggy that it is very slow to load when I first turn it on each day, sometimes taking up to 15 minutes before I can really use it. The TV runs so slowly that it can take 10-15 seconds for my remote selection to appear on the TV. Sometimes it even just freezes and stops responding for a few minutes. It also frequently restarts itself.

    The remote stopped working few months after using it. Bettery is not the problem. We tried using the phone app fire tv but ut is always a hit or miss in connecting the phone app to the TV.
