    less than 6 months in, I have red, green and blue pin stripes running through the entire screen. Best buy told me I have to schedule an appointment to have a technician come to my home to fix the problem. Really? It's a $180 tv. I bought a 5 year protection plan and this is the best they have? Anyway, the TV is garbage. Don't buy one.

    Very hard to set up. Still having problems connecting to regular tv. Netflix is ok, but can’t get it to connect to my cable.

    Mysteriously turns on around 3:15 am a couple of times a month. Frightening and maddening. Can not find fix. No longer returnable.

    When the screen illuminated I noticed the "Smart TV" appeared to be loading as if it was a computer starting up. Once finished loading, an Amazon symbol appeared and it wanted to connect to the internet! Now, I see why it came with amazon's Alexa echo, immediately unplugged the unit, re-boxed it, and gave it to a friend. He would not consider me to be a friend if he knew what that "Smart TV" was about!!

    I did not like this tv so I had to bring it back. and it was not that it was a bad tv it just was not a 4k

    It won't connect to my wifi all the time without buffering every now and then. I will never by an Insignia TV. I was not told I had to have an Amazon account to use the TV. Thanks to my daughter who helped me use hers. I have NEVER heard of such a thing where to see a TV you MUST have an account with something you never would have signed up for.

    worked great for our needs wanted 3 hdmi input and these are hard to find...however this only lasted 15 months so got it Jan 22,2022 and it went out April 28,2023 so we are out of warranty period by 3 month 6 days :( shouldn't have to buy an extended warranty so buyer beware.

    Screen was broke and had to return. Tv may have been perfect but I didn’t try the same brand. Went with a Vizio

    I purchased a television that not only had a pre-existing broken screen but also did not function at all. As a result, I had to purchase a new one of the same style. It is perplexing why Best Buy would resell a broken television that was completely non-functional.

    the first tv starting having horizontal and vertical lines in less than 2 months, so I took it back and they had to sent to Phoenix and about two weeks they sent an e-mail to go to the Albuquerque store and get a replacement. A week later it keeps wanting a software reboot and now the warranty is not good.

    The apps are good and responsive. The OTA tuner is awful. Picture freezes all of the time.

    Bought 2 of these in November 2021 for computer monitors. Both are now dead. they worked awesome but do not last. doubt Insignia will hold up on new ones either. look to find a better brand

    Basically junk if all you want to do is use it as a monitor via HDMI. Both of them that I purchased shut down every 15-30 minutes even while in use.

    Worst TV I ever bought. Takes at least 15 mins just to get something on. Stays on black screen for 5 mins then Insignia screen for another 5 mins. After FireTV finally comes up takes another 5 mins at least to get an app to work correctly.

    I may have received a lemon. I took a chance on purchasing this insignia tv and was incredibly frustrated with how difficult it was to setup initially. I was never actually able to use the tv as it was always frozen or rebooting on its own.

    Laggy system, takes a long time to load up. can’t Apple AirPlay. Very little storage space, can’t download a lot of apps. Spend more money and invest in a better brand you won’t regret it.
