    This TV is so frustrating. Worked well for a few months but now is SO slow and it takes me 15 minutes to put an episode on. Wont allow me to login to Apple TV or A&E. its the mega blok of TVs. Wouldn’t recommend.

    They sold me a broken TV

    This was purchased as an open box item, and only a missing manual was reported. The TV is broken and does not work, and now I have to return it. It clearly was not tested by store personnel.

    junk right after best buys return window the whole 2 weeks you get tv stop working. will not buy from best buy again. should be able to get a little longer of a return window without having to pay for extended protection.

    The remote eats the battery within 2 or 3 weeks and the tv resets out or the blue, it takes you out of the app you’re using or/and turns off

    Picked this up at Best Buy in July 2022 and by February 2023, the picture has lines and distortions making it unpleasant to even turn on for viewing. Definitely not recommending.

    This TV's response time is very slow and I constantly have to restart. It was a bad purchase and I will be donating it to charity in the near future.

    Will be returning, volume turned up to 100 can’t be heard. Took forever to update, recycling updating recycling. Then I add apps, and no volume, well it has volume but 100 which is Max is a whisper.

    Terrible product. TV interface lags with every press of the remote. Wi-Fi connection is spotty at best. Your money is better spent with their competitor, or any one else, really.

    So I purchased this on November 7th and just as the returnable date expired it started to give a blurry screen and small screen!! Not a good brand- Run from it- DONT get it even if it is for free

    Has consistent problems with functioning. As soon as you select a profile and try to then select something else, such as Netflix or Vudu, it auto-kicks you out to the profile select screen.

    Tv is good, but it’s veeery slow. TV Fire is almost unusable. External roku is faster and better. I do not recommend this tv for daily use.

    Lasted not even 2months before Tcon bord went out. Still have the box, it still works well. Kudos on the box design. Booo on the T.V....

    Just over 3 months and the TV has started pixelating. I can see columns of pixels on the screen which change with the screen.
