    This TV was my worst investment from Best Buy. The feet at the bottom of the TV are still wobbly after being screwed tight.

    defective out of the box fire tv software kept crashing rendering the tv unusable returned with out issue thanks to best buy service

    Horrible, only lasted 15 days before the screen failed, which is of course one day longer than the return period.

    TV locks up trying to do an update. Attempted to update by both wifi and Ethernet. Same result.

    I bought this TV for my room since my other one died on me and it's actually a pretty good size. Fair warning, though, when browsing through apps the color is a bit dull, however, whenever you're watching a movie, show, YouTube video, etc, that isn't the case and it looks good which is all that matters anyway. The sound is average, as expected from a small TV this size. Overall, the resolution is actually pretty good for just a 1080p display and I enjoy it a lot.

    IT'S A GREAT SECOND TELEVISION

    I am an academic film and television studies critic/scholar and I need to have a device in my study that plays DVDs on a reasonably sized screen. My 32" Insignia fills the bill, but I am also able to use it as a television and for streaming film platforms. The picture and sound are very good, and it's so light weight, in comparison to the ancient, elephantine TV I was using. This is a big, big advantage for me.
