Internet connectivity issues

It has difficulty connecting to the internet when nothing else in my home does. I've even moved the router so it's by the tv, but it stills moves slow. It can be super aggravating at times.

Not As Good As The Fire Stick
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this in May 2022, switching from Cable to streaming. Also bought 2 Fire Sticks, one for a Toshiba TV and one for a Samsung. The Fire Sticks have worked without issue. This TV is another story. At times the volume changes on its own. Usually have it around 30. Then for an unknown reason the sound needs to be boosted to at least 65 to get the volume. Next time TV is turned on the volume returned to normal and quickly have to reduce it back to 30 before hearing loss occurs. TV also for no particular reason resets itself in the middle of a program and it could happen two or three times within 5 minutes. Very frustrating. Love the remote feature to change channels without going through the menu. All things considered I should have got a different TV and Bought a Fire Stick for streaming.

Worst TV I've ever owned
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We only use this TV for about 45 minutes every night. After you turn it on it has to warm up for 5-10 minutes before the home screen appears. it takes 3 minutes (I've timed it) from the time you press down for it to move to the next app. When you select an app sometime it works and sometimes it takes you back to a blank Home Screen where you have to wait for it to appear. Our "dumb" TVs with fire sticks attached work much better.

What's going on here?

Both TVs, at the same time, showed a black screen with audio on some channels but not others. My research showed many people with same problem. Many reached out to BB and Amazon to no avail. I seriously doubt that both TVs had the same problem at the same exact time.

Beware of cable issues

However, after spending 2 days trying to hook it up with our cable service, it was returned to the store. We spent hours on the phone with someone from cable and even our son who knows a lot about tvs could get the tv to work. We looked online where other people said the tv was not compatible with Comcast cable. Sorry that it had to go back but seems like this tv is limited in what is compatible.

Crazy TV!

Well I haven’t even had this tv for 2yrs yet and I’ve been having problems with it for the last 2mos. I turn the tv off and the screen is off but whatever shoe I was watching is still talking! Other times I’m watching tv and it turns off on its own. I’m a senior so no one uses my tv. It’s been mounted in my bedroom since I bought it. Not sure what to do.

Pause Frustration

Odd that whether TV is paused during a show, it goes to screensaver for a short time then turns itself Completely Off causing the restart viewing steps to be repeated from the home screen!
