Great picture, but took PC and TV several reboots before the HDMI connection "took". Also took FOREVER to get Bluetooth headphones to connect. Tip: go into the settings and turn off the TV speakers and THEN make the headphone connection. Worked great after that. Assuming this TV stays reliable, I would recommend it highly.

A buyers nightmare

Upon set up the remote didn’t work correctly as the cursor would speed across the screen when the directional button was pushed only once. On top of that it would take over 10 min to load an app and that’s if It didn’t freeze up to where you had to unplug to reset. After multiple updates, factory resets, and headaches this tv was happily returned. Maybe I got a defective unit but I’m definitely not buying an amazon fire tv again…. Hopefully Best Buy will go back to Roku versions because a Walmart off brand runs circles around this TV.

I bought this for my brother-in-law and he loves using the smart TV features. You can download an app on your phone to use as a remote in case you lose (which he will if he hasn't yet). Easy to hang (you'll need to buy additionally).
