Did a little test to see if it really makes 33lbs of ice in 24 hours. Answer’s no, at least with our machine. It’s cheap though, and something I would recommend for a small bar setup in the basement. The cooler the room the better. It has limited insulation around the ice tray area so the ice melts pretty quick in a warm room. Also, we have had multiple errors where it’s reporting low on water or ice full when neither were the case.

Didn't fit our requirements

Reason, after reviewing reviews we found that it does not automatically start making ice once it is empty. It needs to be restarted (on/off button) every time the ice bucket melts or is emptied manually. Instead, we ordered a frigidaire ice maker from amazon
