First flop purchase I ever made

She drained the machine and let it sit for a week or so now. She tried using it today to replenish our ice bin in our freezer and now the unit overfills the water tray for several minutes and if it actually decides to attempt to freeze the water it will suddenly proclaim that the water level is too low and shut down. Powering the unit on and off, draining and refilling it do not solve the issues and there are no visible parts related to water level. To top it all off even with my best buy elite membership it tells me that the original packaging is required for a return and she threw the box away with all the holiday trash since it worked so well the first day.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do your research and don't waste your money. 1 gallon of water will take all day to produce about a 5lb bag of ice and you have to be quick to place it promptly in the freezer beforebit starta to melt. Its quite and easy to use but I was disappointed . I expected this to work more efficiently .
