Want to down grade to a smaller size. But was shock to find return policy is 15 days. I'm one to open my deliveries late not on the days I receive it. Contact customer service and told them want to do an even exchange and I'll even do an exchange without changing the price. No Go.

It arrived broken and I still have the box but never took the time to return it. It was a wasted $100+ - I do not recommend this to anyone and regret I never returned it. This was very disappointing as I have not ever had a bad product from Best Buy until I purchased this ice maker.
