Just got this out of the box and sat up yesterday. We have not gotten one single piece of ice from this machine. It fills up with water and that’s exactly what it dumps back out pure water. Unfortunately because we waited our return date just passed and we are out the money for a broken piece of junk.

This product did not last 2 months, it started making funny noises and eventually stopped working. Thankfully, I purchased a protection plan but could not have it returned due to the Pandemic. This manufacturer is known for awesome product and I can only assume this is a one off issue or a default factory issue.

It looks nice, and it is a great idea...however, very disappointed in the product for the price. It doesn't keep the ice cubes frozen after making them. They melt right away. Also, within 3 days of having it, the "out of water" indicator quit working.

No way to clean without first disassembling the entire thing, DO NOT BUY. These clowns should have made a way for you to be able to clean the internals. Unit has failed in less than a year. First month was great, then started making grinding noises, a few months later and ice production is back to zero.

Worked for about a year then died, don’t expect it to last much longer, I think that’s when warranty went out too. Convenient for them but no chance I would buy another.

I encountered the exact same issue with 2 of these exact same models. They had an identical leaking issue as though the tubing was either not connected or broken inside. Maybe I could have fixed this but should not have had the issue out the box. Other models, I understand, work fine.

The ice melts inside the own ice maker; the only reason that I’d get this appliance is if it was gonna keep ice handy all day, Instead it melts inside the machine making a vicious cycle of water recycling.

Bought this in November 2019 along with a new fridge. Isn't to use this first time late March and it never cooled to make ice. I could not return because of covid. Now I will need to pay extra to recycle this

Worked great at first. Had just over a year and the ice tray basket broke. No longer holds enough water in the basket to make ice! Now this model is no longer available.. trying to look up parts?

Out of the box this did not work. It kept telling me to add more water despite having it filled to the prescribed level. Powering it off, waiting, and powering it on again did not solve the problem. I returned it.

I was very disappointed when I used it for the first time. It makes ice very slow and it's not refrigerated so the ice is melting and sticking together.

Lid had somethi g jiggling around inside when opening ans closing. The ice would never make! Must be an issue with the freon inside, and the unit was dented on the side. Very disappointeding.

Unit arrived with dent in back. No biggie as long as it worked. It worked but not at all close to expectations. Product said it produces 33 lb.s of ice in 24 hours, it did maybe 5 lb.s. Big and bulky unit. Ice cubes begin to melt as soon as they are dumped in holding bucket.

This only lasted a few months then stopped all of sudden. I would buy a different brand.

THIS WAS BOUGHT FOR THE 4TH OF JULY & CAME THE MACHINE CAME BROKE. AFTER 3 HOURS, THE MACHINE STILL HADN'T MADE ONE ICE CUBE YET. I EVEN CHANGED THE WATER AND ICE CUBE SIZE AND NOTHING HAPPENED. I WILL EXCHANGE IT TO SEE IF IT DOES WORK BUT THIS WILL BE THE LAST TRY.

DO NOT BUY THIS. This is the 3rd, yes THIRD machine that I get through warranty and replacement and it still does not work! Waste of money and time

Worst ice machine. Ever cheap plastic basket does last broke with in 3 months after buying

Less than 6 months and its not working at all anymore. It scoops the water and never makes ice. Was working perfectly fine before it abruptly stopped with no warning.

I recieved it, plugged it in and it never made ice. I ran it for 20 hours with no ice so I returned it. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Worked well for first 2 months, suddenly after that would not make ice. I have purchased extended warranty, i will be taking it to the store for check up. i will update my review after that.
