Great icemaker

NOTHING, have to go through the very difficult replacement method with Best Buy/Insignia. Hopefully I will get a straight across replacement THAT WORKS with a full 4 year service contract since the unit never worked. Not happy with Best BUys "SERVICE/WARRANTY" This is is a replacement for a replacement of the original purchase 3 years ago and I have had to purchase a new "SERVICE/WARRANTY" each time.

I sent a message to Best Buy and they told me to get in contact to Insignia . insignia told me to look for the parts in the open market and I couldn't find the ice tray . So , while the ice machine was working was just Ok. I had another from Emerson and it last around 8 years .
