Insignia dehumidifier is a excellent buy for me. It works like a charm ,it does what it says. the filter tray have to constantly clean it, it really does the work to remove moister.

This seem to be a very nice dehumidifier. Purchased on "Deal of the Day" for an awesome price. Using in my basement. Will update post after further use. Would recommend as of now.

This thing is awesome! It is small, but worth every penny! I bought a second one of these for my basement. Evidently I have a LOT of moisture in my basement.

Works amazing. My basement used to be very humid but after using the dehumidifier it's become the perfect humidity. I can choose the humidity level so that it's not too dry or too humid.

Seems to run well during 1st month of use so far, i have the 2 year warranty through my total membership if it "freezes " like some reviews have said, time will tell but it seems no company makes dehumidifiers "built to last" anymore, they seem to break down within 3-5 years. My basement is roughly 50ftx20ft and the unit does NOT run constantly currently in late February northern state. Recommend for purchase when on sale for small to medium size basements/crawlspaces.

Works as anticipated to pull the extra moisture out of the air. The unit isn't whisper quiet, but does provide white noise for sleeping. The auto shut off when full is a very nice feature.

This unit is fairly quiet. Better than the 15 year old unit. The only negative thing I would say is that this unit seems to short cycles. When the unit reaches the desired humidity setting it will shut off and a minute or 2 later will start back up.

This unit works well in a large basement and it is not to heavy to empty!

It is large. Check the dimensions before you buy it. It does a really good job of removing moisture from the air. It can fill up the bucket overnight. The only issue - it is as loud as an old refrigerator with that high pitch compressor noise.
