I was very surprised at the overall beastly size of this machine. It was just too big. If you have an apartment or small house, be aware of this. It's also extremely heavy! It also blows hot air, more so than other models. With that said, it could work well in a basement where space isn't a concern. I traded this model for G.E. 35 pint unit and I couldn't be more happy. No super hot air and the unit completely shuts off once the setpoint is met unlike this Insignia model. You get what you pay for, skip this unit.
