I am concerned about the removal and cleaning of the filter. To remove the filter you pull it off the unit. It is held in by plastic tabs. I am concerned the plastic tabs are going to break over time. Without the plastic tabs, I don't think the filter will stay in place. My previous dehumidifier had a filter that slid in and out of place, no tabs.

This is a second dehumidifier in the house. It does the job but it doesn’t draw out the humidity as fast as my older unit from another manufacturer. It seems it takes twice as long as to draw out the humidity compared to my other unit and have not been able to fill the bucket yet. I think other reviewers made similar comments. Perhaps it loses the ability to dehumidify after a couple of hours?
