If it is an area where you have an opportunity to uses a drain tube, I would highly suggest purchasing that (not included). I would give a 5, but haven’t had it long enough.

I had bought a 4 year Geek Squad service plan for it. So I made and appointment and brought it into a store. They would replace the unit but the rest of the plan's time would expire. I wasn't happy with that option so the Geek Squad at the store told me I could pursue a manufactures warranty clam. I reminded them that the Insignia brand is Best Buy's brand so they are technically the manufacture but they would not or could not start a warranty claim for me. So I wheeled it back out of the store. I guess I'll limp along without the turbo function and wait till it completely dies.
