We used it for 2 months last year and for 3 months this year, so not even 6 months of continuous use. Now it is not bringing humidity down, no water drained at all. I have been told to bring it to store for a $100 diagnostic because I have passed warranty period (for an item that I even used 6 months). I will not pay for diagnostic. I will look for a better quality product and an company that stands behind its own brands... INSIGNIA, what a joke! Learn from my experience, stay away from this brand.
