Purchased this because I live in Florida and sometimes the humidity even in my home is slightly uncomfortable. I was hoping this unit would be great as my luck with Insignia products has been good in the past. I’ve had this unit for about 3 months now and it stops dehumidifying randomly. I know it stops based on the noise level as well as the hydrometers I have in the same room as the unit. I plan to return the unit as it is within warranty.

First one I bought turned on& ran just fine only it didnt collect water … the second one I received to replace the lemon i got , works great!! However its day 3 of using it and the unit is now leaking water. Cant win with this brand!!

I was excited to receive my dehumidifiers until I plugged it in. It was noisy and made this odd wheezing noise. I read the instructions and it said the noise would die down, nope! It did not. Then the wheezing noise started & never stopped. Afterwards, it would turn on and off within 10 seconds. Not even a minute would pass. I know dehumidifiers are noisy but that wheezing noise was NOT normal. Maybe it was used before but when I received it, the box was partily opened and looked as if FedEx had knocked it around a bit. I’ve never had buyers remorse until I tried this dehumidifier.

Has done what I expected. The instructions could be a little more descriptive.

Sucks energy. Rarely shuts off. Reduces % level ok, but at a cost. Missing a wheel upon opening sealed box. Not good!

Works great a little noisy. will fill up tank overnight

The power cord is really short and the machine is noisy but it works, it fills up fast so I would suggest adding a hose for continuous drainage.

little bit bulky compared to my previous dehumidifier. Works ok.

We unpacked it,and plugged it in. Attached hose and away it went.

Works well for what we needed it for doesn’t smell musty anymore

This hasn't been used yet - didn't realize that a special outlet was advised. Waiting for electrician to do that. There are currently no wall outlets in the basement. Even if the ceiling/light was OK to plug into, the cord is too short to reach .

Salesman walked off leaving my husband to carry item to the front. My husband got a deep scratch from the item down his arm that was bleeding. Asked for something to clean it up with and they looked at us like we were crazy!! Will never shop in that store again.

Water bucket is a pain in butt design. Should have a better price

This brand's quality is not as good as Whirlpool and Frigidaire, but it's better GE, I think. It's very difficult for this brand to move without a handle and wheels. I had to buy this brand because Whirlpool is out of stock.

Fast delivery. Haven't really had enough time to give it a good rating, but box and packaging it arrived in came bruised, battered and damaged. I hope it does not interfere with the overall performance.

Nowhere near as good as my Artic King! This product keeps running when it has passed the desired humidity %! It does NOT show the accurate % when my A/C is on, and continues to run!

Water tank is hard to slid in and out .i won't buy this again and the way it is packaged i hsd it shipped would be extremely hard to return

Worked well, but the compressor produced a loud high-pitched tone which was a non-starter for me.

Cant believe there was not an outter packaging to my deliveries. I had this and a soundbar in its retail packaging on my front steps. Lucky i got to them before the porch pirates.

Dehumidifier is fairly simple to set-up & get started using. The directions are minimal which is standard these days but there is additional helpful info included.
