Good product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good...not too loud, doesn't give off heat like our old dehumidifier, so that's a plus. It does what it's supposed to do.

Avoid 50-pint with drainage hose
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great! Purchased for my basement due to musty smell. I purchased a 5' hose to drain down my floor drainage after two days of emptying the tank. Runs continuously with no problems, just as well as I'd expect for bigger names and $$$. Since it's the house brand, I'd recommend to wait until purchasing for Deal-of-the-Day! Not sure I would have benefited from the 50-pint version with the hose attachment - would only have benefited from that machine if I was manually emptying the tub.

OK but ours died after 2 years of use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TLDR: Worked great for 2 summers in Georgia, but suddenly stopped working. Unit is pretty loud and large, check the dimensions and consider an extended warranty. I purchased this dehumidifier in June of 2022 and it worked wonderfully from that date until November of 2023 when we were displaced from our home due to a small leak in the home. The dehumidifier undoubtedly helped during the leak and pulled a lot of water out of the air for two very humid summers in Georgia. We stored the dehumidifier in the garage while our home was repaired (for about 4 months). When we moved back into our home in March of 2024, I rolled the dehumidifier back inside and plugged it in, but it no longer removes water from the air and it has not worked properly since. It will turn on, but does not remove water from the air. This is a big disappointment since we only got 2 summers of use out of it. Of course the warranty is only 1 year. I will probably purchase an extended protection plan for the next one. I'm not sure which I will purchase, but they all seem to be the same devices with different manufacturer labels on them.

Posted .Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear the dehumidifier performed well during those two humid summers and even helped during a difficult time with your home. We understand how frustrating it must be to have it stop working after what felt like a relatively short period of use, especially outside the warranty window. Your insights about the unit's size, noise level, and the importance of checking dimensions and considering an extended warranty are incredibly helpful for others. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience.

This is a very efficient dehumidifier!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This dehumidifier is great! We bought this for our extra detached garage, but decided to try it in the house. Living in Florida, the air can be so humid and the A/C works pretty hard. We ran it continuously overnight and we’re shocked in the morning to see how much water it pulled from the air. While you can run a tube to drain the water to a tub, sink or other sort of drain, the tank itself could be larger given how efficiently it works. We’ve now put it in the detached garage on an elevated shelf made for it, and run the drain tube to a rain barrel and it irrigates a couple of flower beds. No need to waste the water!

Needed this YEARS ago!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good golly, this thing is improving my subterranean cave like you wouldn't believe. Okay, it's a first floor apartment where they're prone to excess moisture and buildup of mold. After maybe 7 hours off and on this unit was already full with water. This is on a good summer day, too! The title of this review is no exaggeration. On the other side of my entrance wall is the laundry room. Two years ago something in there was busted for ten months which caused a rushing of water of sorts and soaked the room with a good layer of water. This somehow was absorbed through the walls like a sponge. After what seemed like an eternity later, the darn pipe thing was fixed (ah, peace and quiet!) but to my horror I found out many of my belongings had surface fuzzies and splotches in the white, black, and green variety. Nothing was spared especially the fabrics. Eventually I spent a day using a tub of alcohol wipes to clean up as much as I could. Repugnant smells went away as well but only after I had my collection of hoodies and coats dry cleaned as they were hit the hardest with stink. Heck, my favorite one had dusty/crusty mold hardening the sleeves! Never again as long as I can help it. This humidifier will aid me in the never-ending battle against moisture levels. It certainly gave me a fright when I saw the water level rise so quickly. Look, I'm all for having some water in the air to minimize sneezing fits and dry eyes but the amount lingering in my cave is ridiculous. I am so glad this was available, on sale for cheap, and have hopes this unit lasts for many years.

Great Dehumidifier
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This dehumidifier works great, it’s reasonably quiet as well. I leave it next to my desk at work and nobody notices when I’m in meetings online. It has made a noticeable difference in our basement we can feel the lack of humidity. It uses a ton of electricity though so I do not recommend using it 24/7 I run it twice a day for 4-6 hours and it keeps our basement right around 50% humidity.

Nice product at a really good price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The dehumidifier works flawlessly. The only negative thing is that it’s a little bit noisy. I didn’t realize how much humidity was inside my house until I bought it. 100% recommended.

HappyBuyer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this unit and would highly recommend it. It also arrived promptly and as promised, which was very appreciated as my old unit had broken and I had a lot of dampness downstairs that needed clearing. With this being my first new dehumidifier purchase (I've being using 2nd hand buys for forever), I was most pleasantly surprised by the following: (1) I love the handle to carry the bucket for emptying and underestimated how nice that would be considering I'd never had a dehumidifier with that feature before; (2) it runs very quietly compared to any other I've had, even with the fan on the Turbo setting; (3) it promptly removed a lot of dampness (putting it mildly) I had downstairs from recent rains, and I've essentially had to empty a full load on a daily basis; and (4) it seems more easily movable than other models I've used. Things that are not the greatest about it: (1) I've occasionally had difficulty getting the bucket back in the dehumidifier once emptied , but nothing a few tries doesn't fix, and this hasn't been a large enough detractor to take away from the positives (although that's why I only gave it 4 stars vs. 5).

A live saver
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works amazingly, 100% would buy another if i needed another dehumidifier. It says its for 2000sqft, my apartment is about 1000, but humidity has been a massive issue as I’m in western Washington State and the apartment is old construction. When I plugged it in on day one it registered and displayed my humidity at 87%. Thanks to the dehumidifier running I can keep it at about 40%. Bought as a Deal of the Day, so great discount, it was about $120.
