my only issue with it is that it won't push water through the drain hose even though I click 'continuous'. maybe something wrong, but the bucket fills quickly and easy to empty.

Arrived broken on bottom and bottom was mussing from box

Loud and shaky when it turns on but cools what its supposed to.

It works and is not too loud but it also produces a lot of heat.

I bought it to save on my AC usage I set my Ac to 78 and the dehumidifier to 40% it was at forty but the heat that came form it made it worst in the house. Only paid 22 dollars ( 100 in reward points) for it that is why I have not returned it. It might be better in larger rooms. Was not for me 576 sq ft house

Didn't collect a drop, when a much smaller and cheaper dehumidifier collected a full tank within the same amount of time. Maybe just my one was broken.

Its ok. I expected more of an improvement in dampness and odor controls.

Doubtful performance for the first few days, so I put the one unit I’ve been using for 3 years (Frigidaire FFAD5033R1) side by side. My Frigidaire filled the 50 pint bucket full in 36 hours, but this Insigma only got about half the inch of its 35 Pint bucket. I have to return this one.

Good dehumidifier, disappointed it didn't have the pump in it.

I am not sure whether this works poorly or if we should have had a larger one for the basement although it is not a large basement and this says 2000 sq ft. Best Buy’s return policy is 15 days, so I cannot even exchange this item. I don’t think I will ever purchase from them again, that return policy is outrageous, especially in a pandemic.

It seems to get the job done, but Mold grows in the water basin very quickly.

It's perfectly fine for the price. Buy it on sale.

I purchased two of these in October 2022. After around the fourth month, one of them started leaking. I still can’t figure out where the leak is coming from but it is no longer useable. For this, I would not recommend.

Unit powers on and fan blows, but that is about it. When I first plugged it in, it made a buzzing sound like the compressor was trying to start, but then it would stop. It would do this three to four times in a row and then the fan would just blow. I ran it for 8 hours and it didn't collect any water. Ordered online, so now I have to repackage the item, drive to Best Buy and find a different brand to purchase.

It's bulky and puts off a lot of heat for its size. Spend a little more and get the known brand names out there.

Works. The controls should have been more obvious like that of humidity control

Bought first one, stopped working after a couple of months. Bought a second one, stopped working after a couple of months. Under warranty but have to bring to best buy and lengthy headache-causing process

I purchased a Best Buy - Insignia Brand - dehumidifier and it did not seem to working properly. Called their customer service number and a representative picked up the phone. Said i should hold on while he researched the issue. After holding on 53 minutes, gave up and hung up the phone.

I put this dehumifier in my basement, and after a month I drained the water bucket only 4 times (once per week). It still seemed to be humid in the basement, so I put a different unit in its place and the other unit drew 2-3 buckets of water per day out of the air. This barely works.

It didn’t work right out of the box. I can return it but they have no more of that one if I want one I can pay more for it. I bought it because it fit my budget and size was good for location . Theresa
