I have 4 dehumidifiers in a basement. This one goes in the area that is the most open because it's the quietest(not quiet, but of my other options). Have to empty it every 2 days, which is more often than the other ones, which may mean that it's pulling more water out. Overall I'm very satisified.

It is efficient and pulls a significant amount of water out the air. I have to empty the water trap every day. Our house is 500 square feet and it was around 50-60% RH with this device it is 35-40% RH. It’s relatively quiet too (for how big it is).

Works great but the only small drawback is that it can emitt warm air so the room can be a bit warm in the summer but this would be great in the winter.

This is a great dehumidifier for my home. The unit is quiet, gets the job done and is easy to move around.

Bought this on Deal of the day, our old after 10 years finally gave up. Plug and play and super quiet. The “Comfort Zone “ setting works great only problem is the book and site don’t tell what that preset is. I found it in that setting to run between 50-54%. I did try just normal settings and it took the humidity down to 35%, way to low for my comfort.

This dehumidifier has done wonders for our home in Florida with keeping the humidity level at a comfortable percentage. I think it runs quietly (my opinion) and have not experienced any issues with it in the 2 months I've had it. The "turbo" setting is a terrific feature to really suck the dampness out of the air relatively quickly. It maneuvers nicely on its 4 wheels & is the perfect size for our home.

Works exactly as should. Very quiet, easy to operate. I always check Best Buy first for purchases and they are always the best in price, availability, and very quick shipping.

This is a purchase that I was not sure of. However, it turned out to be a great investment. This summer, I used it and on the average, it pulls of 70 quarts of water off the atmosphere of my house and kept it cool. Good buy. It has last for 1 year now, so durability still needs to be assessed. It runs quite quiet (meaning - expect to hear some noise but not distracting).

This humidifier is great & works well. It looks nice, and doesn't take up too much room. It definitely makes a huge difference in my studio. After running for a while the room feels so much cooler. I'm getting ready to buy my second one of these I love it so much.

I bought this portable AC unit for my bedroom, and it has been a lifesaver during hot days. For such a compact machine, it cools the room surprisingly fast and keeps the temperature comfortable even when it’s really warm outside. Works surprisingly well for the basement, but fills up fast

Location: FL Home size: 1000 sq. ft. This is quiet, does not majorly increase my home's temperature in any way (like others I have had in the past, where you can literally feel heat radiating off of them). It is fairly quiet, I have it sitting about 7 ft from me in my living room and it doesn't impact hearing the TV or anything. I have been using it for a week, it is emptied at least once a day, and it's doing a great job, even with some spaces between my doors that are constantly letting some humid air in. Only VERY MINOR downside, the bucket is a bit cumbersome to get back in the dehumidifier....it could be user error though. Very happy with my purchase. It is going to help me survive my first FL summer.

This dehumidifier works better than I thought it would. It dried out my basement floors and walls after a huge storm allowed water to seep in. I am impressed with how well it works. It's easy to pull out the front access water container and has a nice handle to carry out for disposal.

Works really well, takes a lot of water out of the air fast. Only downsides are that the exhaust comes out of the side and it won’t work properly if the exhaust is next to a wall. Not a big deal just turn the dehumidifier. Also the drawer needs to be aligned even when you put it back in or it will be hard to put back in. But the unit works good and is quiet.

A bit heavy, both unit and water bucket, but runs well and is effective in my basement.
