It has been 60 % or better humidity in my small apartment. Everything was damp or sticky… The place even smells great. This is a quality machine and it has the Energy Star Rating. It was on sale so I gave it a shot. I usually opt for the lowest price and glad I didn’t this time:)

No need for the bigger size since it will drain into the sump pump. Works better than expected. After a month of use we have zero complaints. Would recommend!

We replace our other dehumidifier because the water drawer was so hard to get out to empty. This is very easy. Looks nice in the room and makes very little noise. Very happy with my purchase

Quieter than some of older brands

Other brands have this option, not a big deal but it would be handy. Comes well packaged and very easy to set up.

It arrived as promised. The box was little damaged from outside but the dehumidifier was OK. I unpacked it and plugged it in after reading the instructions however ran into trouble when I tried to adjust the humidity level. Almost called Best Buy for a return thinking it was damaged. However, I accidentally figured out that you cannot change the humidity if the comfort or continuous setting it turned on the dehumidifier. I think the instructions need to be clear about it. Besides that it is easy to operate. You may need to empty out the container twice a day.

It is digital so I know what the humidity level is in the house. Easy to empty the water, quiet, on wheels. I ordered one day and it arrived just a couple of days later. I’m so glad I bought this.
