It is loud, but cools the room quickly. I leave it on for an hour before bed in my 200sqft bedroom on warm days and it does the job. I don't live in a warm area (SF Bay Area) so it works for me. Can't watch television with it on but it was the cheapest AC I could find.

The ac works great. It cools quickly and the air is really cool. A bit too noisy and there is no difference between the high and low settings in terms of noise and air power.

This device gets cold, but it is very loud even set at low. The fan function still blows out hot air even if the outside temperature is below 50 degrees F.

Have been using is for few months now and enjoying its cooling this summer. The only issue I feel is the noise however works great!

I got this to cool a kitchen that opens to a long hallway. The kitchen is smaller than 350 sq ft. I have to use a fan to help with circulation because of the hallway. It would have been better for me to get the larger room size. This would be better for a room with a door. Installation was simple. I had it running in less than half hour,

Works great, puts out plenty of cold air and keeps our 450 sq ft room at 75 deg when it's 90 to 100 deg's outside. Easy to install and not too loud. Moves easily around on the floor, has wheels. You can direct the air flow up or down only but having wheels you can move it side to side. We got it for under $200 on sale.

This portable air conditioner is perfect for our master bedroom. It cools it off with ease. The discharge hose fits nicely in the window and does not look overly intrusive as a normal window unit would look. The remote control is a nice bonus and easy to use. Overall, I couldn't be happier...

This portable ac is good for my living room, little noisey but keep the temperature cool well.

I purchased this for an enclosed patio, and so far not disappointed. It cools very well, was easy to put together and comes with a basic, but good, remote. I haven’t used any other portable air conditioner, so nothing to compare it to, but certainly not disappointed.

Keeps the apartment cool and is small enough to move around as needed.

This AC is user-friendly. We bought two for our bedrooms in our townhouse and they work perfect. Only thing I would say is that it’s a little bit expensive. We also haven’t received an electric bill yet so we will see how that goes.

Using it to (try to) air condition my garage which is turning out to be quite the bigger projrec. I'd say it would be great for a den, 2nd/3rd bedroom kind of deal with traditional installation, and the kind of thing that should run for 10 hours, 12 hours...not for 24/7 use.

Overall very happy with this purchase. It cools down a much larger area than advertised. The only thing that would improve it would be a visual way to tell when the air conditioning part shuts off and just the fan is running, if I don’t hear it turn on or off, i’m constantly paranoid that it’s just running in a/c mode all the time.

So far, it has not been too hot, so the test will really come via the months to come. It has cooled off my bedroom pretty well the few times I have used it so far. I am really interested to see how much my electric bill alters when using this for long periods.

Lovin the ease at which this can be installed. No more cumbersome window unit to put in then take out. My only gripe is the water from the coil condenser. You need to find a way to deal with it.

It is a great buy for the price. Portable air conditioners at other retailers with similar specs go for over prices. This unit has proven it’s worth and gets better with every passing day. I wish it included the hose for draining water when using the dehumidifier function
